Diese Schaffensphase jener Jahre lässt sich als ruhig, naturverbunden und in Teilen fast realistisch einordnen.
Damals befand sich das Atelier auf dem Gelände der BLO-Ateliers in Berlin-Lichtenberg – einer kleinen Insel alternativer Kultur, umgeben von Bahngleisen und den stillgelegten Anlagen des ehemaligen Bahnbetriebswerks.
Ein Ort, an dem sich die Natur das Gelände langsam zurückeroberte – eine stille Oase, fernab vom Rhythmus der sich wandelnden Stadt.
